Christina at Mt Vernon was so very kind and helpful. I had a very long day on the road and she was a friendly and welcoming person. I love staying at Super 8. Thank you for being a pet friendly place!
Ruby is super nice. She provides excellent service. :) My only disappointment came with talking through a kiosk instead of directly to a person. If it wasn't for that, I would have offered 5 stars.
I would never in a million years expect to be clean here. But smells good, clean bathrooms, clean sheets. Love it. For a value stop, just perfect.
The hotel was impressively clean, demonstrating a high standard of maintenance throughout the premises. I was particularly impressed by the front desk staff, who were exceptionally helpful and friendly even though I arrived after midnight. Their prompt assistance made check-in smooth and welcoming, setting a positive tone for my stay.
It overall was great stay , the staff was very welcoming & I loved how they clean my room when I wasn’t there ! It really surprised me , fresh towels every morning, good fresh breakfast, no loud noises , no smoking ! Was the Down side of it for me & IYKYK but GREAT PLACE TO BE! & I have an autistic brother who was with me as well , he’s 7, & he can be quite loud at times , but I never received a phone call telling us to tone it down or anything of that nature!
Nice comfortable room. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Not so comfortable with checking in and talking through a kiosk. Breakfast basic continental food.
This was a very charming hotel. The rooms had a vintage feel and look that I found very appealing. I really like the design and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk lady who checked us in was helpful and nice. We felt safe and at ease. After our last encounter at a Wyndham hotel, I was hesitant to stay in one again. This Super 8 definitely made up for that. I’d definitely stay again and most likely will. Thank you
Room was very clean. Pillows and bedding were great. It was nice and quiet and I gad a good night5sleep ahead of my 6 hour drive. From revies, I wasn't sure what I'd find but I am very pleasantly surprised and thankful. My doggie liked it as well. Great place overall with good value!
